410 E Street received LEED Gold Certification and an Honorable Mention from the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

IBI Group ▪ Gruzen Samton planned and designed the adaptive reuse and renovation of 410 E Street, originally designed by Nathan Wyeth for The District of Columbia in 1938. The 3 story, 41,000 sf limestone building is located on the Washington’s historic Judiciary Square. IBI Group ▪ Gruzen Samton prepared bridging documents for the building core, shell, and site restoration and was designer and architect of record for the interior fit up.
