20 Pine Street

New York, NY

This adaptive reuse project repurposes the 1928 headquarters of Chase Manhattan Bank into 400 luxury residential units. As one of the first FiDi residential conversions, this project illustrated the potential rebirth of a historic building as a new, contemporary home for New Yorkers and the social realignment of the FiDi into a vital, 24/7 community and sparking numerous other developments from following suit.

The 38-story art deco building with unique neo-Egyptian details creates a fabulous backdrop for the new Armani Casa branded residences, split into two levels of service, The Collection and Concierge, as well as amenity spaces including a library, outdoor terraces, an indoor pool, spa, fitness center, billiards room with golf simulator and the club lounge, which reuses a former bank vault as a dining area.
