Brooklyn, New York
This two tower residential project in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn is located in a special zoning district on a through lot. It was designed as an 80/20 Inclusionary Housing (IH) project, with 20% of the units affordable to low-income renters. Units comply with the architectural design standards of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). This project is legally one building that incorporates two towers, allowing it to occupy two addresses. The singular entry, found on North 8th street, enables the efficient consolidation of building security operations which would otherwise be doubled.
