The New York Law School owns three adjacent buildings in Tribeca. With limited horizontal connections between them, IBI Group was retained to study consolidation of the facilities within the school-owned properties. During the study, other campus-wide objectives were added to the study and evaluation.
Four approaches were developed and evaluated, and the NYLS working committee selected a hybrid approach that relocated the groups from leased space and met many of the internal reorganization goals for the other buildings. During 2015 and 2016, IBI Group worked with the New York Law School on the phased reconfiguration of the occupied facility.
