New York, New York
The New York Law School owns three adjacent buildings in Tribeca. With limited horizontal connections between them, IBI Group – Gruzen Samton was retained to study consolidation of the facilities within the school-owned properties. During the study, other campus-wide objectives were added to the study and evaluation.
Four approaches were developed and evaluated, and the NYLS working committee selected a hybrid approach that relocated the groups from leased space and met many of the internal reorganization goals for the other buildings. During 2015 and 2016 IBI Group – Gruzen Samton worked with the New York Law School on the phased reconfiguration of the occupied facility.
